Given that it’s our job to test beauty products for a living, we Who What Wear editors are constantly trading recommendations. A little peek behind the curtain: Our team Slack channel is chock-full of messages like, “Has anyone tried this yet?” and “Need everyone’s thoughts on [insert buzzy launch]!” followed by a thread of unfiltered, extremely passionate responses. I’ll be the first to admit that I’m frequently influenced by my chic coworkers to try a new staple—be it a natural-looking cream blush, milky fragrance, or bouncy curl cream—and, more often than not, I wind up loving their recs just as much as they do.
Such is the case when I tasked everyone with sharing their top three products (no more, no less) for the month of June. After collecting everyone’s short list, let me just say that my shoppies have reached their zenith. Fair warning: Scrolling ahead may result in some serious spending, but rest assured it’ll be worth the investment.

Shark Depuffi

“There are other high-caliber facial tools on the market that instantly cool and heat, but it’s truly the shape and design of this one that sets it apart from the competition. Inspired by a gua sha, Shark’s model fits perfectly in the palm of my hand and covers more surface area on my face so I feel like I get my sculpted and contoured results sooner rather than later. I’m especially addicted to the warm settings, but nothing beats hitting my under-eyes with a shock of cold first thing in the morning when I’m feeling puffy.”
Tower 28 ShineOn Plumping Jelly Lip Oil

“This is definitely not the most intense lip plumper I’ve tried, but it offers a happy medium of plumping action with a tolerable level of heat and spice on the lips. It uses a first of its kind VibePlump technology, which is a pain-free plant-based stimulant that increases circulation for a natural volumizing effect. The gloss itself is also lovely—it has just the right amount of stick to stay put on the lips, and the shine is just right. I’ve been using the shades Chill Heat (clear) and Act Natural (a sheer chocolate) nonstop.”
Violette_FR Plume Blush

“This blush has quickly become a favorite among the Who What Wear team. I’m not someone who easily loves a new blush, but this creamy formula is so beautiful and easy to use that it’s become my official go-to this summer. Unlike most cream blushes, this one actually stays on the skin and the colors truly look like a natural flush. I’m obsessed with the shade called Latte Praline, which is a warm caramel nude and looks like a flattering kiss of sun on my skin.”

Sarah Creal Brilliant Repair Shield

“I love trying the new tinted sunscreens that debut every summer, and Sarah Creal’s Brilliant Repair Shield has become a fast favorite. It’s lightweight, ultra sheer, and offers the most natural-looking radiance to my skin. The mineral sunscreen not only protects the delicate skin on your face from the sun with powerful SPF 50, but it also forms a barrier against blue light and environmental stressors like airborne pollutants. Best of all, it works fabulously under makeup!”
Discothèque Next to Me or Nothing

“Discothèque’s storytelling scents gripped me from the first moment I ever spritzed one of its mirrorball perfumes, and its latest launch is no different. While no two scents from the brand are remotely similar, this one is especially distinct. The milky, barely there fragrance is a stark departure from its typically bold compositions, but I’ve found myself reaching for it day in and day out for its soft sophistication. It’s in the hints of jasmine that wafts off my skin and the sandalwood that gives this silky scent depth that my love for this fragrance grows. The ingredients are simple, but leave an unforgettable, second-skin scent that keeps you coming back for more.”
Charlotte Tilbury Exagger-Eyes Waterproof Eyeshadow Stick

“There is very little I love more than an eye shadow stick, which is why I did a happy dance when Charlotte Tilbury’s new, creamy wands turned up on my doorstep. Each shade offers a surprising swipe of pigment (yes, even the shimmers!) and the smooth formula blends like a dream with your fingers or a brush, leaving a cloud-like haze of color in its wake. I’ve traveled twice this June and taken a handful of these portable tubes with me every time.”

Mediheal PDRN Lifting Pad

“I love Korean toner pads and have cycled through my fair share of them. These are my newfound favorites. They’re soaked in rose-derived PDRN, so they tighten enlarged pores, lift sagging skin, improve elasticity, and hydrate with a bouncy, non-sticky finish. They’ve become a nonnegotiable part of my nighttime skincare routine. I either place them on my cheeks and forehead as a pseudo sheet mask or swipe them across my skin before using my favorite milky toner.”
Mutha Pucker Up Lip Plump

“I thought I had glossy-lip-balm fatigue, but then I tried this one. It has a high-shine, cushiony formula that’s chock-full of lip-enhancing peptides for a visibly plumper, smoother, and more hydrated pout. I love that I don’t have to constantly reapply it to keep it on my lips. (Although, I kind of want to thanks to the large, cooling metal-tip applicator.) I also love how moisturizing and plumping it is (but not stingy). I’m currently obsessed with the sheer berry shade, Talk Cherry to Me.”
Illiyoon Ceramide ATO Concentrate Cream

“I tested this face and body lotion while researching the best Korean bodycare products, and I haven’t been able to part with it ever since. The watery gel formula drenches my skin in hydration in the lightest, most refreshing way, yet the formula is full of barrier-strengthening ceramides. It’s cooling, non-sticky, and so gentle that it can even be used on infants. It’s the ideal body lotion to use on hot summer days.”

Ouai Melrose Place Super Dry Invisible Dry Shampoo

“A good dry shampoo can be hard to find. Some smell a bit too strong or have a chemical-like scent, but this formula from Ouai has a perfect blend of bergamot, lychee, pink peppercorn, and champagne. It absorbs oil, dirt, and sweat, keeping my strands fresh between washes.”
Paintlab Long Coffin Press on Nails

“I’ve been on a true press-on kick and recently sported PaintLabs almond nails in Maui Wowie. I loved them so much that I’ve also added this Tortoise Chic set to my lineup for when I’m ready to swap out. These nails are easy to size, last up to two weeks, and are effortlessly chic.”
Rizos Curls 6-in-1 Styling Cream

“I’ve recently started testing this cream from Rizos Curls and absolutely love it. It smells great, doesn’t weigh down my 3B/3C curls, and keeps my hair defined. This formula offers heat protection in addition to over 13 vitamins, amino acids, and hyaluronic acid for nourished, bouncy curls.”

Vichy LiftActiv Collagen Specialist 16 Serum

I’m a sucker for a cushiony plumping serum, so when I received Vichy’s Collagen Specialist 16 line (which also includes a moisturizer and eye cream), I knew I’d fall head over heels for the firming fluid. Texture-wise, it’s divine, providing just the right amount of dewiness without reading too greasy, and it effortlessly clings to my skin tints and concealers without any sort of pilling. But its stellar, skin-smoothing results are the reason it officially earns a spot in my top three. The serum is clinically shown to improve 16 signs of aging (hence its name) including wrinkles, fine lines, plumpness, elasticity, and I notice a difference in all the above after just eight weeks of using it. From a beloved French pharmacy brand, I wouldn’t expect anything less!
Merit Clean Volume Mascara

To be honest, I was initially skeptical of Merit’s new mascara launch. Typically, volumizing formulas come with a dense, fluffy brush, so I wasn’t sure how a petite wand would thicken every last lash. Boy, was I blown away. The precise brush actually works wonders for coating each delicate hair without any clumps—a common gripe with denser bristles—and it’s A+ for lift and separation. I’ve been reaching for it nonstop for my everyday looks (just one coat does the trick) and special events, as it layers effortlessly without ever feeling too heavy.
Aunu Mānuka Moisturizer

There’s no such thing as a cure-all skincare ingredient, but I’d say Mānuka honey comes pretty damn close. Not only is it intensely hydrating as a humectant (similar to glycerin or hyaluronic acid), but it also has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties to treat acne, eczema, and kick-start wound healing. Like I said—an impressive multitasker. This new gel-cream from Aunu (a brand powered by medical-grade Mānuka honey) has been my skin savior for the past few weeks, coddling my complexion without feeling too sticky or heavy like most honey-forward salves. Yet unlike other lightweight, water-based formulas, the texture still feels silky and nourishing, like I’m truly feeding my skin the nutrients it craves. Extra brownie points for the dewy, glass-like glow it leaves behind.
